1. Cancellations

Please cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours ahead.

No-show: $30 per service

Late cancel: $20 per service

2. Multiple Services

For two services at the same time, please book two separate appointments. Single bookings will be done back-to-back.

Check your email or text to confirm the correct date & time. Missed appointments due to “wrong date/time” will still be charged.

4. Gel-X Policy

We do not offer fill-ins for Gel-X. Each visit includes a free removal and a brand-new set, so your nails always look fresh and flawless.
