
BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
*Customer's responsibilities are making sure the date and time in confirmation email or text was correct. Last minutes cancelling or rescheduling (without fee) with wrong date excuse will never be accepted.
1. Please cancel or reschedule AT LEAST 2 hours before your appointment time to avoid $30 NO-SHOW fee or $20 LATE- CANCELLATION fee.
2. Only 1 service is allowed per appointment. Please set up more than 1 appointment if you need more than 1 service.
3. If you would like to reschedule online, please cancel the previous one and book a new one. The system will NOT automatically cancel your previous one.
4. we would not accept the 10:30am appointment if the 10am or 11am were still available. Otherwise, your appointment will be automatically cancelled.
5. If you are more than 5 minutes late without our approval, your appointment may be canceled and you will lose the deposit.
6. if you are not satisfied with our services in anyway, Please let know immediately and we will do our best to rectify the situation. No refund would be allowed after you left the salon.
7. Gratuity in CASH, VENMO, ZELLE would be appreciated. No credit card gratuity Please! ( sorry for any inconvenience)
