1. PLEASE PLEASE MAKE sure the date and time in confirmation EMAIL was correct. Last minute cancelling/rescheduling (without fee) with wrong date excuse will never be accepted.

 

2. One booking for just One person please! we will not start everyone at the same time if it was booked under just 1 appointment.
